Immortality

A leaf –
Can a moment of postmortem fame
Validate a lifetime of inconsequence?

Inazuma

Flash of light
Penetrating women
Making rice

Rabbit

Oh Rabbit,

Even not laying eggs

Could not save you from the pot

Gasshoku

Burning thighs, streaming sweat

Forty minutes left

Kibadachi

Survival

The chain that links you

To the first woman, mit-Eve

Has not been broken once

In a quarter million years.

Fear

When limbs frozen with fear

You breath

And jump into the pool of clarity

Heian Shodan

A counter attack follows each defense

without a pause --

Heian Shodan

Kwanku

Breathing in the sky through the palms

Before the explosion

Kwanku

Freedom

Oh, generations of cage-raised budgies -

your door is open

why are you still sitting on the same stick?

Virtual

Light breeze
  flowers swaying
  far beyond the radiating screen

Revive

Nothing touches my soul.
Only humiliation may still have a chance
to leave an imprint.

But I do not dare.

Size

Too warm for a winter day

the early flowers of spring

will surely die of coming cold.
