What Do You See?

When you look at the sky what do you see?
Birds in the wind,
Or clouds floating by?
Can you still see the sun
When it’s dark all around?

When you look at the clouds what do you see?
A rabbit or an angel,
A horse or a devil?
Can you still see the blue
Through the clouds above you?

When you look at the stars what do you see?
Diamonds flickering,
Or hydrogen burning
In the vastness of space of time –
The origin of all life.

When you look at yourself what do you see?
Spec of dust or of light?
Your mind or your heart?
What you are now or what might be?
When you look at yourself what do you see?

Self Help

The more you read and learn,
the more you realize
that everything important in these books,
you have known already.

All the books in the world,
will not
make it better.
So put them down,
and live.

I love mushrooms

Mushrooms are organic, natural and green,
mushrooms are full of nutrients and healthier than bean.
Mushrooms don’t emit carbon or led,
and always make you happy when you are sad.
So when you are alone, and lonely in your bed.
Why don’t you try some mushrooms instead?
Oh, oh, oh, oh, mushrooms.

I hope that this poem was not too bad,
and that you learnt something useful,
cause this is its end.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, mushrooms.

The wisdom of the old

Yesterday in the pub I had a chat with an old man who felt he was a very lucky person. He said: ‘All my life, the future was a threat to me. But now, when I know I’ve none, I have nothing to worry about. It’s the first time I really feel free and happy.

‘You know,' he continued, 'No one has a future; not even yourself, It’s just a pity that it took me so long to realize it. I could have had so much more fun.’ He sighed for a moment, paused, and started laughing again.
